This might be the advice you actually need. Sometimes we are not able to focus before exams or any preparation because of pressure, we just overload our brain with many negative thoughts.

Feeling pressure is natural phenomenon and it is not always harmful , the person who is feeling pressure its depend on him/her how to manage it , in positive way or in negative like in my case, when i feel pressure in any situation i try to calm my self without expecting any kind of result after i do improve all those works which were forcing me to feel under pressure.
